A circadian rhythm is a roughly 24 hour cycle in the physiological
processes of living beings, including plants, animals, fungi and
cyanobacteria.
In a strict sense, circadian rhythms are endogenously generated,
although they can be modulated by external cues such as sunlight and
temperature.

Most of a person's bodysystems demonstrate circadian variation. student college (like me ahahha) I usually sleep at late night. As you see, I haven't sleep yet at this time. 12.24 AM :(
What I suppose to do? I can not really sleep. hoowww
But, I've read that the malfunctioning of a person's circadian system, or biological clock, causes circadian rhythm disorders.
People with circadian rhythm sleep disorders are unable to sleep and
wake at the times required for normal work, school, and social needs.
They are generally able to get enough sleep if allowed to sleep and wake at the times dictated by their body clocks.
Huuuhu how about me then?
In case, on next term I have to settle back my biological clock.
Sleep earlier, wake up earlier :D
FIGHTING!
